Solution If your domain is registered with us, submit a new support ticket with subject 'Private nameservers request' and our support team will be glad to setup private nameservers for you.

If your domain is registered with another registrar, please use their control panel to setup private nameservers like nsXX.yourdomain.com (where XX is a number). You will need 2 IPs for private nameservers. If you are unsure what nameserver IPs are, please submit a new support ticket with subject 'Nameserver IPs Request' and our support team will send IPs information for you.

If you are unsure how to create private nameservers via your domain registrar, please contact their support team for more assistance.
