What are my nameservers?
What are my nameservers?
Solution
Before you can use hosting account, it's needed to point your domain to our nameservers first. Your nameservers are included in hosting account activation email and usually are nsXX.rover-host.com or nsXX.dimereseller.com (where XX is a number). If you deleted hosting account activation email, please refer to article 'How to resend hosting account activation email?'
If your domain is registered with us, it's configured to use our nameservers by default, so there is nothing you need to do; the domain starts working right after registration.
If your domain is registered with another registrar, please use their control panel to point your nameservers, or contact their support team for more assistance (if you are unsure how to do it, or experience any issues).
If you have reseller account and want to use private nameservers, please refer to article 'How to setup private nameservers?' for more details.
Attention! If your domain is registered with another registrar, it may take up to 24 hours for domain to start working after updating nameservers.
