	What are my login details?

Solution There are two different logins – client area and hosting control panel (cPanel) login systems.

To login to client area at http://www.dimereseller.com/welcome.php, enter the username and password you created during registration at DimeReseller website. If you couldn't remember your username or password for client area, the password could be reset at http://www.dimereseller.com/LostPassword.php

Your hosting control panel (cPanel) is available at http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace yourdomain.com with actual address of your domain) and can be accessed with username/password you received from DimeReseller during hosting account activation. If you couldn't remember your password for hosting control panel, login details can be resent from client area. Please go to 'My Packages' section, click 'View Hosting Accounts', select hosting account you need login details for (click magnifier icon near the domain) and click 'Resend Activation Mail'.

Your FTP server is available at ftp.yourdomain.com and can be accessed using the same username/password which is used for cPanel login.

Your web host manager (WHM) is available at http://www.yourdomain.com/whm and can be accessed using the same username/password which is used for cPanel login.

Attention! Client area login starts working right after account registration, and cPanel/FTP/WHM logins work only after hosting account activation by DimeReseller administrator (you will receive a separate activation email).

Attention! WHM is available with reseller accounts only. Shared cPanel hosting accounts do not need WHM because this system is used to manage client accounts only.
