 How to upgrade or downgrade account?
Solution All accounts can be upgraded or downgraded an account. To upgrade your hosting account, submit a new support ticket with subject 'Account upgrade request' and write your cPanel username and the name of new package. Sales team will upgrade your account, adjust your billing (you may be asked to pay the difference between old and new accounts), and you will receive a confirmation when upgrade is done.


To downgrade your hosting account, submit a new support ticket with subject 'Account downgrade request' and write your cPanel username and the name of new package. Sales team will downgrade your account, adjust your billing, and you will receive a confirmation when upgrade is done.


To upgrade or downgrade main reseller account or one of client accounts (when using reseller plan), login to WHM, go to 'Upgrade/Downgrade Account' section, select account you need to upgrade/downgrade, select a new package for this account, and save changes.


Attention! If WHM doesn't allow upgrading account using selected package, it means your reseller account is out of space and/or bandwidth resources. You should upgrade your reseller account to larger one, or order extra space and bandwidth at http://www.dimereseller.com/extras.php
