Solution We will be glad to transfer all your accounts from old hosting provider if your old server has cPanel installed. Please just submit a new support ticket with subject 'Account Transfer Request' and include these details:

Account domain
Old cPanel username
Old cPanel password

Our support team will transfer and verify your accounts, and you will receive a confirmation when accounts are successfully transferred.

Attention! If you want main reseller account and all client accounts to be transferred, you need to include login details for all accounts.
